Alice in Chains are Hitting the Road
Acclaimed heavy metal band Alice in Chains is set to hit the road once more later this year, appearing with Guns N’ Roses for select performances during their upcoming North American tour. The tour, spanning eight cities, is slated for September and October with stops in cities such as Tulsa, Anaheim, Highland, Paso Robles, Reno, Las Vegas, Boise, and Spokane. Prior to this, the band co-headlined a successful tour with Breaking Benjamin in 2022, with special appearances by Bush.
The band will continue to promote their sixth studio album ‘Rainier Fog’, which was released on August 24, 2018, under BMG. This album achieved notable success, reaching #12 on the Billboard 200 and earning a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Album.
In the subsequent year, Alice in Chains collaborated with Korn for a significant co-headlining tour, backed by bands such as Underoath, Ho99o9, and The Fever 333. Interestingly, this upcoming tour isn’t their first association with Guns N’ Roses; they opened for the latter during their reunion shows back in 2016, marking their first U.S. tour since then.
