Coming in early is a must so as to avail the chance of hanging around with your team mates and knight and booing the opposite team (which is actually highly encouraged). Additional attractions include a stroll through the Hall of Stallions, the Hall of Arms and the Knight Club.
A stop at the Hall of Stallions allows visitors an opportunity to catch a glance of the beautiful stallions of Andalusian, Arabian or Freisian breed as they are prepared for the evening"s ordeal. The guests can also inspect the armor used by the knights.

The twang of the trumpet signals the commencement of the show and guest are ushered into the Grand Ceremonial Arena to be introduced to the Kingdoms' Champions and their Mounts; majestic, powerful and agile stallions of Andalusian, Arabian or Freisian breed.
The feast is a four-course meal that has been designed to suit the taste of an American majority. To complete the medieval theme, dinner is served by serfs and wenches without cutlery. Hands serve as silverware while the soup is served in bowl with a handle to complete the experience. A heart meal of chicken, ribs and a potato, a pastry dessert and a beverage complete the meal with one free refill.
The scenes and the air of the Middle Ages jousting event is successfully replicated amidst the tasty dinner. As the show begins, you'll witness exquisite equestrian drills performed by 22 beautiful Andalusian stallions. Next inline is a professional display of sword fighting by trained knights on horseback.
The clinks and clanks of swords are the indications of a jousting event. Attention is paid to the authenticity and the detail of the architecture, the interiors and the games that are held in each of these restaurants. There is a story interwoven through the show with the knights battling for a place in the heart of the princess who sits with the king, high above the proceedings.

The Dallas Castle is conveniently located off I-35, across from the American Airlines Center near the Dallas World Trade Center.
