Echo Arena Liverpool, the Arena half of ACC Liverpool is presently under construction, on the Liverpool waterfront and is expected to be inaugurated in the coming years i.e., January 2008.

The ACC Liverpool building will comprise of two main areas on both the sides of the main access: an arena and a convention centre. The arena will be provided with 7,513 permanent seats in the order of three sides of a central floor suitable for indoor sports events. The facility for end-stage or in-the-round concerts will be 10,600 together with floor seating. The convention centre will have a 3,725 square metre multi-use hall on the ground floor, with an auditorium which is expected to accommodate about 1,350 people and eighteen break out rooms above. It will be likely to utilize the exhibition hall in combination with the arena, facilitating a total exhibition space of over 7,000 square metres.
