The Texas State Bobcats have won several other championships and trophies in tons of other sports as well. On the whole, the Bobcats are divided among 16 varsity teams that include volleyball, softball, tennis, soccer and basketball, among others. Some of the popular rivals of the Texas State Bobcats are the Nicholls State Colonels and the UTSA Roadrunners. Besides that, the team's super energetic mascot, 'Boko the Bobcat' has also been supporting the players since the 60s now. He is cute, furry and very entertaining.
