Details of S Roller Derby and the Ticket Luck value
The popularity of Roller derby as a sport has been growing rapidly over the past few years. In just a short amount of time, twelve hundred leagues have set up shop all over the world. The US alone has many leagues and teams playing roller derby, with leagues such as the No Coast Derby Girls League which is member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association. This is a league that plays inter–league games with other members of the WFTDA. It is a skater-owned, non–profit association that has hard work, dedication and determination as its values. The league is a member of one of the fastest growing all–female derby associations in the US. Its two amazing teams can be seen play live after buying Roller Derby tickets.
Home to strong–bodied, strong–minded and strong–willed women, this is a league whose members are everything from business owners, students, mothers, artists, professionals, waitresses, hairdressers, teachers, journalists and even musicians. These players practice endlessly, organize various events and give back to the community through a number of fundraisers for charities in the area.
No Coast Derby Girls are members of the South Central Region in the WFTDA and have been playing this fascinating sport since 2005. Their two teams are the Mad Maxines and the Road Warriors, with their home being the city's Pershing Center. Founded by a group of musicians inspired by an Austin, Texas roller derby league, their first game took place in 2006 and attracted a crowd of more than two thousand. The league was first home to a number of different teams but abolished these to form two teams, focusing mainly on interleague games. In 2010, the league played host to the WFTDA South Central Regional Tournament.
So far, the Derby Girls have been ranked as high as third in their region. They have been promoting and playing the sport of roller derby for nearly a decade now. No Coast Derby Girls include some of the toughest roller derby skaters in US, each of these striving to do her best on the arena. These are skaters who hail from different backgrounds and different professions, but all hold the same passion for a sport.
Recently, No Coast Derby Girls have defeated the Fargo Moorhead roller derby team, with a longer record of defeating a number of leagues. Now, the No Coast Derby Girls are well into their eighth season and home to over fifty of the best derby players in the region. In their upcoming games, they will face teams from leagues such as Arch Rival, United Rollers, Chicago Outift, Wasatch, Kansas City, Twin City Derby Girls, Rushmore Rollerz and the Kornstalkers.
