The Quinnipiac Bobcats are the many teams that make up the athletics program of the Quinnipiac University. Known formerly as the Quinnipiac Braves, they are members of the Northeast Conference in the NCAA Division I, except for the ice hockey teams which are part of the East Coast Athletic Conference. There are a total of twenty one varsity teams; fourteen women’s and seven men’s. The most successful team in the program is the women’s ice hockey team and, with the men’s ice hockey team, the most popular in the university. She became the first skater to record two hat tricks in one season. She also had the largest number of goals in the NCAA, at thirteen, with twenty seven points.
