V?ctor Manuel Ruiz, popularly known as just Victor Manuelle, is an acknowledged Puerto Rican American, who has specialized as a salsa singer and comprises other attributes as well, such as a songwriter, along with being known to his fans as the Youths Sonero, as he is also an improvisational sonero. He has also been nominated for the Latin Grammy.
