Russell Howard was born in Bristol, England in 1980. His full name is Russell Joseph Howard. He has two more siblings. Howard went to Alton College and eventually graduated from University of West England with a degree in economics. He decided to enter the comedy industry during his teens. Since 1999 Russell Howard has been actively pursuing his comedy career. He is not just a standup comic but also a TV presenter and radio host. He mainly focuses on comic genres like absurdist humor, observational comedy, anecdotal humor and social satire. Russell Howard started his career in late 90’s. In the year 2004 he got his first ever major radio breakthrough as he was commissioned by BBC Radio 1 to perform, write and sing in the comedy series The Milk Run.
