The founding member of Buckcherry, Jonathan Brightman, entered the studio to record a new album titled Black Robot with producer Dave Cobb. Black Robot features tracks written & performed by Jonathan Brightman, Devon Glenn, Yogi, Dave Cobb & Huck Johns.
Another band entertaining people with electric performance is Velvet Revolver, a Grammy Award-winning music band. The hard rock supergroup is consisting of former Guns N' Roses members: Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, alongside Dave Kushner. In 2004, Velvet Revolver achieved critical and commercial success with their debut album, Contraband. The band released its second album, Libertad, in 2007. Scott Weiland, of Stone Temple Pilots, was the band's lead singer until 2008 and left to reunite the Stone Temple Pilots.
You may also get amused by an enchanting performance of Hinder, an American band from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hinder was formed in 2001 by drummer Cody Hanson, guitarist Joe 'Blower' Garvey, and Singer Austin Winkler. The band released their first EP titled 'Far From Close' on Brickden Records which is an independent record label. Hinder sold about 5,000 copies and the members then began working on new material in 2004 for their next independent release. They released demos of their second album that caught the attention of several major record labels.
A band formed in a small town of Corinth, Mississippi in 2004 by Jared Weeks and Jason Null is an American rock band named Saving Abel. Weeks was playing guitar at his best friend's house where he met Null. Within days of that meeting, Null and Weeks were writing and working on the intimate writing style that now defines Saving Abel. In early 2005, the duo's songs caught the ear of noted producer Skidd Mills who took the band into his 747 Studios in Memphis and contributed remarkably to make the band what it is today!
