Details of Odesza and the Ticket Luck value
The electronic music duo Odesza often stylized as ODESZA is a band comprised of Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight.. These aspiring artists met at the Western Washington University during their freshman year. Instead of making music right away, they waited until their senior year to do so.
When they graduated from the University, it didn't take long for them to form the band Odesza. The group emerged in 2012 focusing on electronic music and has stuck to the same genre since then. They derived the band name Odesza off a sunken ship, which was owned by Mill's uncle. The duo claims that the band name is a modification of “Odessa” but since the name was already taken by another band, they settled for different spellings.
Without further ado the duo released their debut album under the title "Summer's Gone" in 2012. The tracks from the album, iPlayYouListen and How Did I Get Here topped the Hype Machine Popular chart. The innovative compositions of the album garnered the duo commendation from the underground electronic music community.
The following year in 2013, the group released their debut EP under the title "My Friends Never Die." Following the footsteps of the preceding LP album, the compositions of the extended play also made it to the Hype Machine chart. Three out of five tracks from the EP topped the chart.
You can enjoy live music from the band, as it performs at the Santos Party House. All you have to do is get Odesza tickets before all the good seats run out. The audience can expect an event featuring amazing music compositions amidst a top class setting at the night club, which has won the People's Choice Award for “Best Night Club.”
The release of their debut extended play was followed by extensive touring. The duo has had the opportunity to tour with renowned artists such as Emancipator, Michal Menert, Pretty Lights. They have performed at Symbiosis Gathering, Lightning In A Bottle, Summer Meltdown, MusicfestNW, Sasquatch Music Festival, What The Festival, Decibel Festival, Capitol Hill Block Party and more.
As time passed, the band flourished and started to play for larger and larger crowds. When Odesza was tapped by “Pretty Lights” to remix the song One Day They'll Know, the duo became even more popular. Their remix composition topped the Hype Machine Chart and ranked at number eight on the iTunes Electronic Chart.
In 2013, Odesza decided to present their fans with a follow up remix EP, “My Friends Never Die Remixes”. So they selected their favorite producers and collaborated with them. As a result together they launched the ongoing mixtape series “NO.Sleep.”
The duo now has enjoyed over four million seven hundred thousand streams on the music sharing website, SoundCloud. This is a number that is bound to grow given the lineup of their upcoming winter and spring Tours along with several summer festivals. However, their next stop is at the Santos Party House. FILTER Magazine aptly states that the best thing about an Odesza's concert, after the music, is the “audience members chucking all inhibition behind.” So do visit the scheduled venue with your friends and family to share the groovy experience.
Earlier this year, Odesza released their newest single, Sun Models (feat. Madelyn Grant), from their forthcoming album. The song reaching number one on the Hype Machine wasn't a surprise for Odesza's music patrons. Following the release of this soundtrack, the duo presented their fans with the remix of Lost And Found, a song by “Pretty Lights”. The remix was included to the soundtrack album for the 2014 movie “Divergent.” The song gave Odesza's their eighth number one hit on Hype Machine. Stay tuned, for the best is yet to come from the band. Visit the Santos Party House and enjoy watching this duo live in concert.
