Na Leo Pilimehana is a unique, unmatched, and the biggest selling female Hawaiian group. It is one of the rising groups of nation. In Hawaiian, it means, The voices blending together in warmth.
This award winning group is consists of three childhood friends, Nalani Choy, Lehua Kalima Heine and Angela Morales. These vigorous and multi-talented females run their own record label. They compose, write lyrics, record and perform music at their own.
Nalani Choy, Lehua Kalima Heine and Angela Morales are responsible mothers and wives other than well acclaimed musicians. They are the live example of attitude and balance with charm in life. They are real women living their real lives going along with their ideals and putting their friendship first preference.
They do volunteer work and play sports. Angela Morales is an Oahu native. She was born and raised in Honolulu. She has graduated from Kamehameha Schools in 1984 along with Nalani and Lehua.
Angela Morales attended Leeward Community College for two years. Then in 1986, she married with love of her life, Ricardo. She had 3 children. She worked at the Lualualei Naval Undersea Warfare Center for 10 years.
Her passion for her family extends to her community as well. She supports a non-profit organization called Nanakuli Housing Corporation and their HomeOwnership Program, and is an Assistant Tennis coach for Kapolei High School as well.

Angela and Nalanis friendship started with a meeting in their first grade. In the seventh grade at Kamehameha Schools they met Lehua. Garnering similar interest of music, they acquired the membership of the concert glee club.
They proved themselves at Hawaiis youth talent contest, where they stunned the crowd with the hit. According to a local writer David Choo, an ode to the bronzed and buffed, their tune and song peak the charts and remained at top position for months.

This super hit single, Local Boys grabbed the esteemed Hoku Music Award which is equivalent to Grammy. In whole Hawaiis history, this song became the most selling song maintaining its record till date.
Despite attaining extreme success and fame, the Nalani Choy, Lehua Kalima Heine and Angela Morales didnt last for long. They went for other things like college, jobs and marriage. Following a hiatus of 8 years, these females missed their beautiful time of singing together.
They thought of coming up together once again with a new and fresh energy along with a new production. And finally in 1993, this trio again broke the records with their new release Friends which proved to be another Hoku-award winner album.
Friends became a grand hit. Na Leo has released 16 CDs, won 22 Hoku Awards, have been in the top 20 AC charts nationally for the last 24 years. Now they have absorbed music in their lives.
