Details of Michael Ray and the Ticket Luck value
Out with his much anticipated second album “Wild Ones”, Kip Moore is taking its songs on a road test. The multi-platinum country singer/songwriter has announced a fall Wild Ones Tour that will start in October. Joining him in this trek is Florida native and Kiss You in the Morning star, Michael Ray. Among a new class of male vocalists, Ray is anchored by Charlie Worsham, and Frankie Ballard, and has the crossover appeal of Sam Hunt. He can only go up from where he's standing right now. Don't miss out on Michael Ray tickets when he takes the live stage as the crooner will blow you away with his lyrics and incredible voice.
A Rocker With Deep Country Roots
Hailing from Florida, Michael Ray has a rich voice that compliments his upbeat, vibrant and modern country-rock compositions. He found fame in 2012 through his stint on CW network's popular reality vocal competition “The Next: Fame Is at Your Doorstep”. His grandfather was a local musician and introduced him to gospel and country music. He let Ray tag along on his live shows which gave him the first taste of performance experience and later taught him how to play a guitar. Initially Michael Ray was inspired by classic country artists like Merle Haggard, Porter Wagoner and Waylon Jennings, but he expanded his taste and also listened to modern musicians such as Garth Brooks. After graduating from high school, Ray decided to take his passion for country music on a spin and it has certainly been a smart move.
Unlike other country artists, Michael Ray didn't hop on the first bus to Nashville and instead stayed in Florida, performing live all over the area. He earned a loyal fan following and it continued to widen when his songs were put on regular rotation on WPCV-97 Country. In 2010, Ray came out with his debut self released album and it got the attention of the veteran manager Tony Conway. He helped Michael Ray in his career and he landed on the prestigious platform of The Next, where he was mentored by John Rich (Big & Rich). An audience favorite, he ended up winning the competition and signed with Warner/Chappell Music.
Michael Ray Announces Arrival With Number One Song
Ray notched his first hit song “Kiss You in the Morning” in 2015 and it topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart. A romantic number, it has been called a polished effort by the critics and has excited his diehard fans. He also covered the song “Run Away with You” by Big & Rich and Ray's version has a tender sweetness to it and is a bit more grounded and endearing. Ray's music is just like his personality – self aware, playful and downright fun. Without shifting gears on his style, Michael Ray treats the listeners to an eclectic album that includes tender ballad like “Wish I Was Here” and faith-focused number “Real Love Men Love Jesus”. The fans also get to enjoy bro-country hit “Livin' It Up” and the sharply crafted “Drivin' All Night”. You can now hear all these tracks and more live when he hits the road alongside Kip Moore and with Michael Ray tickets in hand, groove to his vibrating drum machine sound and sprinklings of steel guitar.
