Details of Mandy Moore and the Ticket Luck value
Amanda Mandy Leigh Moore was born April 10, 1984. She is an American pop singer, and is also known for being a songwriter and an actress. Amanda grew up in Florida, and became famous when she was in her teens. This was when she released pop albums ?So Real', ?I Wanna Be with You', ?Mandy Moore', and ?Coverage'. Wild Hope, Moore's 5th album was released in 2007.
Moore has since then drifted into a film career. She has starred in 2002's ?A Walk to Remember' and a few movies for teenage audiences. Her films, American Dreamz and Saved!, were satires. In these, Moore played darker characters as compared to her previous roles. Her personal life has not been left alone, and her relationships with tennis player Andy Roddick, and actors Zach Braff and Wilmer Valderrama, has been discussed a lot in the media.
Moore was born in Nashua, New Hampshire. Her parents were Stacy [an ex- newspaper reporter] and Don Moore [a pilot]. Mandy comes from Irish and Cherokee descent through her paternal side. From her maternal side, she has Jewish and English heritage. Her two brothers are Scott and Kyle, who grew up with her in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She and her siblings were raised as Catholics, and she went to Bishop Moore High School.
She toured along with the Backstreet Boys through 1999. So Real [released in 1999], was Mandy Moore's platinum-certified debut album. It went to 31 on the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart. When this album was launched, reviewers thought of Moore as the latest in a series of heavily-marketed female singers, and she may have been labeled a pop princesses like Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson and Christina Aguilera.
Coverage (2003) is Moore's 4th album, and it is her personal favorite. Mandy Moore regarded this album as her leap to musical maturity. The Entertainment Weekly said it is an effort to shed her bubblegum-blond image. This album consists of covers from the 1970s and 1980s. These were numbers that had an influence on Moore when she was little. Entertainment Weekly further described her album as overblown with strings, turntable scratching, and arena-rock pomp.
Television and film career:
In the summer of 2000, Moore got busy with hosting a half-hour MTV talk show, called The Mandy Moore Show. It was back again the following year, but this time, it was called Mandy. She has also been a Neutrogena spokesperson, and has appeared in commercials and print ads for the product.Moore has also appeared for Penshoppe in the Philippines, as well as Coach handbags in Japan. Mandy has further been a spokesperson for the School and Youth Programs for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Moore has dated actor Wilmer Valderrama between 2000 and 2002. In 2006, Valderrama was on The Howard Stern Show and admitted that Moore and he were each other's first loves. He did not ever reveal anything about their intimacy that was alleged by several media sources.
Moore from her side said that Valderrama was a good guy and a gentleman. Regarding what he said about their relationship, she responded by saying that it was utterly tacky of him to say that.
