They shook the world by their performance. This American jazz and funk and disco group has a long history about the struggle behind their popularity. It all started in the 1980s when, Kool the gang gathered immense success and popularity amongst music lovers.

Starting from the scratch, with great zeal and fervor, Kool the gang started slow with their career and gradually build up a name for the group as being a very successful American jazz and funk group.

Keeping in mind the reviews of their first album and the ranking given to the album, Kool the gang group had then moved step ahead for making of the second album. Though none of the three singles from the album went far on the pop charts, however, their success was swift and massive. They did not feel down and kept moving forward.

However, after the release of those albums the band abandoned deep funk-music and switched to disco. Generally, the albums released have not received the same critical recognition as their early work.

Accumulated in America, the members who were related to each other strengthened their unity and became known to people all around by their fascinating jazz songs, disco music, on the whole giving very presentable albums altogether.

However the group got the opportunity to get together and make some music that would be adored by all the listeners. Kool the Gang plans to release quality albums one after another.

All credit is given to the hard working energetic youngsters who took the music world by storm with making good music time and again and gradually gained the energy to become known to the music lovers. Like they say, the show must go on.

Kool the Gang did exactly the same and it is due to their effort and hard work that the band faces their failures with pride and strives even harder to gain success the next time.

Kool the Gang also have to their credit of experimenting with their music whether jazz or disco, the group made good music that would make the people to move to the beat every time. For each album that was released, the band played with the instruments which resulted as a successful experiment.

Although this experimentation with instruments brought a great deal of fame to the band, but this technique failed with the making of a new album.

With a bit of focus as to which new ingredient to mix this time and made do with the new album but Alas! Did not help much in gaining fame for the group this time.

Although the album was not as successful as the group's earlier efforts, still it had an enormous radio presence for well over a year, and received a large amount of critical praise also.
