Joe Rogan
An American comedian and actor, Joe Regan is best known as host on the TV game/reality program Fear Factor. Rogan is an avid practitioner of Yoga, Tae Kwon Do Second Place Grand Champion, and holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

He is also a color commentator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. His critical acclaim increased when he appeared as Joe Garrelli in NewsRadio. Born on August 11, 1967 in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Joe Rogan was raised in Newton, Massachusetts.

Realizing his potential in Tae Kwon Do, Joe Regan was encouraged by his parents to get training from the J.H. Kim Tae Kwon Do Institute in Boston, MA. Just after two years of his training, Regan was able to earn a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the tender age of 15.

The win led him to show off his talent in other competitions and he won four state Tae Kwon Do championships. When turned 19, Rogan walked away winning the US Open Tae Kwon Do Championship title. Later, he went on to beat both the middle and heavyweight title-holders and returned home with a Grand Championship title.

In 1995, Joe Rogan was signed as the office handyman on the sitcom called NewsRadio. Rogan played a role of Joe Garrelli and stayed on the show until it was closed in 1999. In 2001, he was signed to host NBC"s Fear Factor for the series" entire run. Rogan hosted the show until September 12, 2006.

While hosting Fear Factor, he also began hosting a comedy show. Together with comic Doug Stanhope, Rogan played host to Comedy Central's The Man Show. Later, he went on to join John Heffron and Charlie Murphy in Maxim and embarked on Bud Light's Real Men of Comedy tour in 2006.

Since 1997, Joe Rogan has been a post-fight interviewer with the Ultimate Fighting Championship at UFC 12. He has also been a color commentator since 2002. In late 2005, Rogan and movie actor Wesley Snipes negotiated to fight a mixed martial arts match in the UFC.

In 2007, Rogan began hosting UFC Wired, which broadcasts fights from previous UFC events. The year also saw him touring with English comedian Dave Bishop in the UK and Ireland. One of the recurring themes in Rogan"s stand-up comedy is the support of magic mushrooms, cannabis, and DMT.

Joe Rogan supports the medical and recreational use of cannabis, and always keeps a flotation tank in his basement. It fosters his body's natural production of DMT. Rogan questions the Apollo moon landings and has interest in the idea of the Apollo moon landing hoax theory.

In the first quarter of 2007, he appeared twice on Penn Jillette's Penn Radio show where he debated astrophysicist and author Phil Plait about the subject. In the August of the same, Rogan made his appearance on KROQ's Kevin and Bean morning show. On the show he reiterated his views that human beings never landed on the moon.

After touring biggest venues around the world and making several appearances on various shows, Joe Rogan is now all-set to embark on his 2009 US Tour.
