Howard Carpendale
Howard Victor Carpendale born on 14 January 1946 in Durban, South Africa, is a German hit singer and composer with the true essence of the South African origin. Due to some unsuccessful attempts in his homeland as Beat singers and Elvis imitator, Carpendale moved to Europe in 1966. His first station was Great Britain, from where he accepted different jobs, among other things as a singer in Beat volume.

On an appearance in Germany Carpendale in Cologne called at the disk company Electrola and got shortly thereafter a contract. Its first plate lifelong sold itself about 60,000 times.
