Details of Guns N' Roses and the Ticket Luck value
At a time when hair metal bands were the in thing, there emerged a bunch of raw talents with killer looks and rebellious attitudes which almost exuded a sense of danger about them. This was none other than the iconic hard rock band called Guns N’ Roses. Comprised of a group of LA friends namely Dizzy Reed, Tommy Stinson, Chris Pitman, Richard Fortus, Ron Thal, DJ Ashba, Frank Ferver, the band’s most famous public figure was its lead singer, Axl Rose. He is an integral part of the rock band, one who carries its musical legacy forward and continues to draw music enthusiasts in thousands of numbers. Guns N’ Roses tickets are up for grabs as the band prepares to put up an electrifying show of smashing rock hits, old and new.
Guns N’ Roses produced their first EP in the year 1986, the success of which led them to a contract deal with Geffen Records. Hence the following year saw the release of the band’s debut studio album ‘Appetite for Destruction’ under the label. Majority of the tracks in the record were individual efforts on the part of the band members, crafted and composed before the formation of the band. These were later rewritten to incorporate into a collective venture of Guns N’ Roses. The first song of the album to be released in the US was ‘Welcome to the jungle’. It was also featured in the Dirty Harry movie called ‘The Dead Pool’ in which the band too made a guest appearance. The record’s second US released single was the Axl Rose written ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’. It was composed by the singer for his love interest of the time. The universal appeal of this romantic number placed it at the top of many music charts across America. The album sold more than twenty eight million copies around the world and within no time, Guns N’ Roses had become rock legends.
Guns N’ Roses came up with their next album ‘GNR Lies’ in 1988. It was a collection of eight tracks with four new compositions while the rest four being taken from their 1986 EP called Live ?!@’. The most hit number from this record was ‘Patience’ which made it to number four on the US music countdowns.
Struggling with a few personal issues and minor changes in the band, Guns N’ Roses returned to the studios in 1991 with two back to back music albums titled, ‘Use Your Illusion I’ and ‘Use Your Illusion II’. Both were huge hits setting a new record of securing the top two (No 1, No 2) positions on the Billboard charts. Some of the most famous numbers of the albums include ‘November Rain’, ‘Estranged’ and ‘Don’t Cry’. The music videos of these are few of the most expensive ones made so far.
Released in 2008, ‘Chinese Democracy’ is the sixth studio record of Guns N’ Roses. It is the band’s first music composition since their fifth album ‘The Spaghetti Incident’, which was a cover collection of punk and glam numbers.
Since the inception of Guns N’ Roses, the world has seen many rock bands come and go without leaving much of an impression. However, the music of Guns N’ Roses remains timeless, one of the prime reasons being it’s raw and transparent lyrical expression and their thrilling and ferocious performances that have earned them the title of ‘The most Dangerous Band in the World’. In 2002, the rock band featured in the list of ’50 Bands to see Before You Die’ by Q Magazine. They were also ranked eleven on the ‘Top 50 Bands’ by VH1 television network.
The reunion of the band had been much awaited and since they are back in action now performing the greatest hits of the genre, the event is certainly not to be missed. So buy your Guns N’ Roses tickets and get ready to scream and shout to the hardcore rock beats of the legendary music band.
