Known for selling over ten million copies, Sypro Gyra specialize in smooth jazz and fusion jazz, having elements of funk, R&B and pop. They became part of the music industry in the 70s, and by now have released over thirty albums and produced a variety of hit numbers such as, City Kids, Down the Wire, Morning Dance, Shaker Song and Mallet Ballet. Throughout his career, Ritenour has worked alongside a variety of popular musicians such as, B.B. King, Anthony Jackson, Slash, Mike Stern and Harvey Mason.
