Fergie
Stacy Ann Ferguson, commonly referred to by a nickname Fergie, is a famous American pop/R&B singer-songwriter, actress, and rapper. She was born on March 27, 1975 in Hacienda Heights, California. She was a former member of the kids' television series Kids Incorporated, and the girl group Wild Orchid. Ferguson had also co-hosted a television show named 'Great Pretenders'. At present, she is serving as a vocalist for the hip hop/pop group the Black Eyed Peas. As a solo artist, she released her debut album, 'The Dutchess' in the year of 2006.

Stacy's album has got lot of critical acclaim as well as commercial success. Her album is in the three U.S. Billboard Hot 100 series, as the number one single. It all makes 'The Dutchess' among the seven albums from the female artists, to reach up to the five Top 5 hits. One of her sisters also shares the limelight along with her as being the actress. Her background tells us a very interesting thing that she is the daughter of devout Catholic schoolteachers. She was raised in a suburban area with strict Roman Catholic values while attending Glen A. Wilson High School and Mesa Robles Middle school. As a child, she was really very hyper and her doctors wanted to put her on Ritalin, but her mother rejected the idea. She went to the dance school, where her mother found her an agent, who provided her a voiceover work. She had lent her voice to the characters of Lucy and Sally in Peanuts cartoons. From 1984 to 1989, she spent summers performing chart hits on the TV show Kids Incorporated. All that time she was a straight-A student.

Her acting career had started long ago, when she was a mere child, she used to appear on the television program Kids Incorporated for several years with Renee Sands, who became a fellow member of Wild Orchid. During the same show, she got a chance to display her singing talent, she had sung Whitney Houston's One Moment In Time. Ferguson was the voice of Sally Brown in two Charlie Brown specials.

Ferguson got a guest role in the Rocket Power special in july 2003.On Nickelodeon; she voiced a fictitious pop music star named Shaffika. Fergie saw a last minute conflict in the contract of the film 'The Fog' and refused to do the role. At last She had returned to acting in 2006, appearing as lounge singer Gloria in Wolfgang Peterson's remake of The Poseidon Adventure. She later appeared in 2007's Grindhouse.

Ferguson has an engagement to the actor Josh Duhamel, who is also working in the television show Las Vegas. They met, and began dating, in September 2004. She is quite open about her relationships with many people and her drug addiction. Fergie has stated in several interviews that she is a regular user of hypnosis, which she does for overcoming addiction and which she currently uses to relax when she gets stressed out.[

Ferguson has a very rising solo career after the launch of two successful Black Eyed Peas albums. As the name of her first album was 'The Dutchess' was released on September 19, 2006. The name of the album caused great confusion due to the name and title of former title of Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. The solo deal does not mean the end of the Black Eyed Peas, as Ferguson has every intension to be with the group, alternating between the two duties.
