Details of Dnce and the Ticket Luck value
DNCE is the latest addition to the dance-rock music scene but its members are not new to the fans. Former Jonas Brothers' frontman, Joe Jonas has found a perfect way to make his comeback in the industry. Pulling off a rather funky reinvention, he has teamed up with old friends – guitarist JinJoo, drummer Jack Lawless and bassist Cole Whittle to form the band DNCE, pronounced D-N-C-E. Playing music for anyone who wants to listen, the quartet released their first EP in 2015 titled “Swaay” and it peaked at 51st position on the Billboard 200. The lead single from it “Cake By The Ocean” is an infectious tune, offering uptempo and exciting beat. They will soon be hitting the road as the opening act for Selena Gomez, joining her on the Revival Tour that starts May 6 from Las Vegas. Don't miss out on DNCE tickets as the fans of the Jonas Brothers can't wait to watch live their favorite singer.
DNCE Makes A Solid Debut With Captivating & Energetic Tunes
Joe Jonas' return to the music industry came out of nowhere but his reinvention called DNCE has all the right elements to make it to the top very soon. The news of the band was unexpected and sudden but the members, JinJoo, Cole Whittle and Jack Lawless along with Jonas have known each other for the past 10 years. Working separately on different musical projects they decided to join forces and begin a new chapter in their careers, a fresh start without any egos. Their aim is to make fun and exciting music for anyone who wants to listen.
Trying out a totally different approach from their previous careers, DNCE announced their formation in a low-key manner, without any big declaration. People got to know about them at parties and shows where they would get behind the mic and perform songs. Their single “Cake By The Ocean” also came out without any publicity and in September 2015 was released for sale. It reached 9th spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and on the UK charts made it to 11th position. Their four-track EP “Swaay” hit the shelves in October 2015 and besides the earlier released track also includes catchy numbers like “Pay My Rent”, “Toothbrush” and “Jinx”. The funky mix has a dance/disco feel to it, something that the Jonas Brothers had always shied from. Sexy yet soulful lyrics supported by upbeat and catchy beats make it quite a lively effort.
A Blend of Exciting & Dance-y Music Featuring Fun Stories
In a nutshell, DNCE's music is something that the listeners can dance to, enjoy on a crazy night or a relaxed afternoon and relish some good stories. Like the lead song “Cake By The Ocean”, “Toothbrush” also includes some apparent sexual innuendos, referring to the morning after a wild night and the awkwardness that arises when the person tries to rush out the door. DNCE has fused R&B and funk with disco, and in the track “Jinx” there are even traces of indie pop-rock. “Swaay” has left the fans wanting more and it has laid the perfect foundation for their debut album, which the band has promised will come out soon.
A group of mixed personalities, the quartet is ready to invade North American cities along with Selena Gomez. Her “Revival Tour” will act as the perfect platform for the new band to allow the fans to know them better and enjoy their style. DNCE tickets are bringing in their own demand, even if Gomez's name wasn't attached to their live performances. Catch them live this summer as JinJoo rocks the stage with her guitar-playing, Whittle brings the groove with his electric bass and Jack Lawless churns out some headbanging beats. The powerful vocals by Joe will be the icing on the cake. Are you ready?
