As the presenter of Discopalooza, it is his aim to breathe life into the American music industry. He has gone on to perform on stage with the likes of Rickles, playing to thousands at venues as the Taj, which can seat over four thousand people.

Tavares is an American R&B group from New Bedford, Massachusetts that has been active in the American music industry since 1959. Known for some of the greatest songs in the history of R&B and pop music, they are a legend today. Their music has been released by record labels such as RCA Records and Capitol Records. The band is home today to the Tavares brothers; Ralph Vierra Tavares, Antone Lee Tavares, Arthur Paul Tavares, Feliciano Vierra Tavares, Jr. and Perry Lee Tavares. Since their debut, they released many chart topping songs that went on to dominate the likes of the US pop and R&B charts. They also collaborated with Hall & Oates on a number one single with their music covered and sampled by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Take That and Jonathan King.

Norma Jean Wright is an American artist, a singer best known as the lead of Chic, an R&B and soul band active during the seventies. Born in Elyria, Ohio, she went on to study at the Ohio State University and then joined the Topettes, which played music on tour with The Spinners. In 1977, she became a member of Chic, a band that went on to release some of the most iconic R&B, soul and disco songs in the US. Their songs ranked high on the pop and R&B charts. She also kicked off a solo career after being signed onto Bearsville Records and has released several albums, including a self-titled debut.

As part of her extensive career in the music industry, she has sung for the likes of C+C Music Factory, Randy Crawford, Constina, Will Downing, Fantasy, Aretha Franklin, Debbie Gibson, Luther Vandross, Nelson Rangell,Madonna, Nick Scotti, Freddie Jackson and Sister Sledge. In this concert, she will be accompanied by yet another Chic member.

The Trammps is an American soul and disco band active during the seventies and eighties, originating from Philadelphia. Known for music that has been released by the likes of Atlantic Records, they are recognized today as one of the first ever disco bands to enter into the American music industry. A Grammy Award winning group, they have been praised by many of the leading critics as one of the finest disco bands of all time.
