The CalPhil Foundation was founded by a small group of music enthusiasts in California led by Victor Vener. It started out with a five-concert show called Cal Phil Festival on the Green but due to an incredible response, they now stage about ten concerts per year at Los Angeles two of the most distinctive venues around.
