Some of the biggest names in country music will join hands with new members of the country music landscape to headline the Creek Fest. It has become one of the most anticipated country music festivals in the country today in the five years of its existance. A lot of credit for that goes to the people working tirelessly behind the scenes to make every edition better than the one before. Thousands of fans are once again expected to buy Creek Fest Day tickets and make their way to Cherokee. Join in and enjoy country music at its finest.
The Creek Fest is a two day long event that traces its roots back half a decade. Jamin-R Enterprises was incepted when Joyce and Kurt Rasmus teamed up with Peggy and Fred Jaminet. That agreement really set the wheels in motion for the arrival of Creek Fest to the landscape.
The idea was to come up with an event that was to celebrate country music and combine that with great food and a lot of fun for the fans in attendance. The first edition turned out to be a big success and by the time 2012 rolled in, Peggy and Fred decided to step down from the festival. The Rasmus's however didn't let go and kept at it. Rahkel and John Hansen have now joined hands with them as new partners and they plan on making this year's Creek Fest the best of the lot.
Day one of the festival will see Florida Georgia Line step under the spotlight. The duo made its debut in the year 2010 with an EP titled "Anything Like Me." Their first album was titled "Here's to the Good Times" and it hit the music stores in December 2012. The album turned out to be a success and has sold well over one and a half million copies to go platinum in the United States.
They will be joined by Will Hoge who began his career as a member of the band "Spoonful" in the mid of the 1990's. He then began to tour regularly and came out with multiple albums. His efforts have earned him a Grammy nomination to announce Hoge's arrival in style.
The first day of the Creek Fest lineup will also include Clare Dunn and Rebyl Road. The former is a beautiful young county music star who has begun to make quite an impression. She has collaborated with the likes of Terry McBride, Dylan Altman, Liz Rose and Hillary Lindsey among many other big names in the industry in a short time. Rebyl Road have been equally impressive. Since bursting onto the scene in 2012, Rebel Road have worked with superstars like Bret Michaels, Diamond Rio, Luke Bryan, Emerson Drive, Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, George Strait, Jason Aldean and Lady Antebellum.
The Creek Fest's second day will see Chris Janson take to the stage. He started his career in 2009 and already has had three songs make their way on the Billboard charts. He got his first job at the famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. His one gig there impressed the management so much that they signed him up for a year. He has since released tracks like "Til a Woman Comes Along," "Better I Don't" and "Cut Me Some Slack" all of which have charted on the Billboard. The future certainly looks bright for this young talent.
The famous DeeJay Silver will also be there to make sure that each and every fan in attendance doesn't stop dancing. For the last decade since he made his debut, Silver has performed and worked with artists like Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Thompson Square, Justin Moore, Sarah Evans, Eric Church, Chris Young and the Rascall Flatts to become one the most famous names in entertainment.
The Riata Band and The Innocence, two new entrants to the music scene will also show fans they have what it takes to become country music's stars in the future. With a line-up as stellar as this, Creek Fest Day tickets will be in demand. The question is will you be among the thousands in attendance when this wonderful festival kicks off?
