Born on the 1st of May 1972, Morrow started playing guitar at the Memorial High School in Houston, when he was just a kid. His passion for music grew with time and to further polish his skills, he became a member of the Phi Gamma Delta while studying at the Texas Tech University. Morrow moved to Austin, Texas in 1993, with the intention of making a career in music and also associated himself with the Red Dirt music scene.
