Big & Rich is one of the most successful country music duos in North America. The two-man act consists of country musicians Big Kenny and John Rich. The album was very well received by fans and critics and went on to become three times platinum in the US and gold in Canada. It provided Big & Rich with their first Top 15 country single “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)” that went platinum. This early success paved way for more hit albums and singles.
Since 2004, the duo has added four more studio albums to their discography. All four of these have charted among the Top 10 of the Billboard Top Country Albums. This includes the 2007 album Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace that secured the number one spot. Out of the fifteen singles they have released, nine peaked among the Top 30 of the country charts including the number one single “Lost in This Moment.” Their music has been nominated at the CMA Awards, the ACM Awards and the CMT Music Awards among others.
In fall 2014, Big & Rich released their latest and fifth studio album Gravity. The album debuted at number eight on the country chart and at number ten on the indie chart. The lead single “Look at You” which was released half a year before the album became the precursor. On the charts, it scored among the Top 20 of the Hot Country Songs and at number seven on the Country Airplay. The album was critically acclaimed for its music, style and lyrics with singles such as “Lose a Little Sleep,” “Run Away with You” and “Lovin' Lately” featuring Tim McGraw.
