Aventura is a Dominican-American Bachata-R&B music group based in Bronx, New York. It is a four-man group which was formed in 1994 by the name of Los Teenager and later renamed as Aventura. They have introduced a new style in Bahcata changing it forever.

The Group.
Aventura came initially into being as Los Teenager (The Teenagers) in 1994. They later decided to change their name to Aventura. However, their first song by which they were known across the nation was "Obsession," which dominated the New York scene in 2002 and since then a staple at Latin dance venues around the world. The determined four-man group (the Bronx-bred Dominicans and Boricua, Anthony) has given a new and dominating influence to boy-band genre and is playing a vital role of spreading traditional music of their island across the world.
