Staten Island is a borough of the New York City. Another park of Staten Island allows swimming on the beach, fishing and with this it also has the facility of a jogging track along with a bicycle trail. The facility for boating and fishing is available for the folks all year through. There are lake parks available that provide golf lovers to enjoy their game during their stay on the island. Having golf course to one side, and tennis courts, lockers, showers, restaurant and a clubhouse is all a part of these lake parks.

The bottom line is that the recreational activities on the Staten Island are an enough of the attraction for planning the vacation there. The parkland includes two of the most adventurous hiking trail namely; Blue Trail and White trail and the parks also are preserver of a variety of animal and plant wildlife.
