Culture
Dundee plays host to several repertory theaters and is home to the Scotland"s only full-time repertory ensemble, established in 1930s. One of its alumni, Hollywood actor Brian Cox is a native of the city. Another "must-visit" entertainment venue is the Dundee Repertory Theatre, known for providing a base for Scottish Dance Theatre. The Castle offers you magnificent views over the river, and is only minutes away from Broughty Ferry Beach and Esplanade. Moreover it is offering a changing program of events, activities and displays.

Dundee Flower and Food Festival is the premier show of its kind in Scotland and offers a three-day menu of food, flowers and fun for all the family.

Held in marquees in the magnificent Camperdown Country Park, the festival features a showcase for fabulous floral and garden displays and cookery demonstrations. Since it has something for everything, thus plays host to competitions, craft stalls, fashion shows and children"s activities.
