The Swon Brothers, a Brief History
Brothers, Zach and Colton Swon travel alongside Carrie Underwood as she promotes her 5th studio album, 'Storyteller.' Performing on selected dates, the 2013 formed country duo will be performing songs from their debut album that became their claim to fame. Listen to the charting hit, 'Pray for You' that made its way to the top 50 on the Billboard Country Airplay and 'Later On' that reached the 13th place on the chart. The record itself debuted at number 28 on the Billboard 200 and in 6th place on Top Country Albums. It sold a massive 10,000 copies in the first week of release.
The Swon Brothers' First Supporting Tour
Even though the Swon Brothers rose to fame in 2013, Zach and Colton began performing as children. Zach (the older of the two brothers) would often play drums for his parents' gospel ensemble named 'Exodus.' They also performed as part of their parents' family variety show, 'Westwood Music Show.' It was in the year 2000, that Zach and Colton decided on the name the Swon Brothers and with this started performing at local venues in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They made their way into the music industry when they decided to audition for the Voice's 4th season, not knowing they'll end up in 3rd place.
