Cats Boston MA Tickets Information
Ever since its first show on the West End stage, Cats has been very popular around the world as being one of the top rated musicals. The show has been rotated around the world in over twenty countries and close to 250 cities. Some of these cities are Buenos Aires, Seoul, Helsinki and Singapore. The show's theme has been taken from T.S. Eliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats and it was directed by Trevor Nunn originally. Its award-winning music has been compiled by Andrew Lloyd Webber. The musical has been converted into other languages for the pleasure of citizens from Finland, Holland, Italy, Japan, Norway, Hungary, Sweden, Spain, France and Germany.
In Switzerland, the show had to be presented with the help of two different groups who performed in English and German in successive nights. However, the name of the musical has not seen any need of being translated into local languages. Interestingly, theatres have not been the only venues where the show has been presented but also in tents in Japan and Korea. Furthermore, gymnasiums in education institutions have also staged Cats, not to mention an engine shed in Switzerland has also been the chosen venue.
