- Once their moment of hijinks went wrong and Tony Iommi set Bill Ward on fire while recording Heaven and Hell. Although an accident, Ward ended up in hospital with third-degree burns on his legs and arms. According to Iommi, Ward's mother called him up the next day and gave him hell.
