Details of Aida Milano Tickets and the Ticket Luck value
Walt Disney Theatrical’s classical romantic musical, Aida by Elton John and Tim Rice is coming to Milano. While John has provided the music, lyrics are penned by Rice. The musical is based on the book by Linda Woolverton, David Henry Hwang and Robert Falls. Aida, titled as a “timeless love story” is based on an opera of the same name by Guseppe Verdi. It premiered in March of 2000 on Broadway and ran 1,842 performances before it closed down in September of 2004. Currently a touring production has hit the road and will be arriving shortly at Milano; the Aida Milano MA tickets have gone up for sale.
Aida has run around three touring productions and one international production which landed in twenty countries. It is still performed in schools, universities, regional theatres and different arenas around the globe. In 2000, the musical won four Tony Awards including in the categories of “Best Performance by a Leading Actress” and “Best Musical Score.” The same year it was included in the list of top theatrical shows of the year by Time Magazine.
Aida’s music album won the “Best Musical Show Album” Grammy Award and the song Written in the Stars performed by LeAnn Rimms and Elton John made it to number two position on the Billboard US Adult Contemporary Music chart. It also made it to number one on the Canadian Contemporary Chart. Now yet another touring production has hit the road as the Aida Milano MA tickets have been made available. Don’t forget to attend the show.
